Scope: one public photo. When you send this, that photo is held back from public delivery right away while it is reviewed; the group's album original is not deleted.

Data needed: who you are in the photo (required); a contact for the reply (required if you are not signed in); an identification note and one evidence photo (optional). We do not use face recognition.

Retention: contact, note and evidence photo are opened only by the assigned reviewer, with a reason and an audit row; all three are deleted 180 days after the outcome.

Appeal: both you and the author may appeal the outcome; a different reviewer decides.
